Item 616: Rotary capping machine screw caps Borgo V4
Borgo V4 Transfer, out of bank repossession, never used. Screw capping machine for glass bottles, is fitted with 4 heads, 4,000 containers/h, caps pre-threaded in plastic or metal. The V4 is using the leading edge of the bottle or container's neck to snatch the cap out of the channel as it passes by. Fitted with magnetic friction capping head, the cap-closing cone is not dependant on any mechanical action or surface friction to control tightening. Therefore, its production life is of unlimited duration. The torque value of the capping head can be easily adjusted externally without having to dismantle the capping head or remove any parts.
The machine comes with a cap bunker and elevator.
